  • What is habit :-

We are going to discus about Habit. Habit is a tools which take us from light to dark or from dark to light, it depend upon our habit.

It is said that early to bed and early to rise makes a man health, wealthy and wise. Early to bed and early to rise is a good habit. A habit means repetition of the same action in similar circumstances. As we know we makes habit than habit make us, whatever we want to be in life there one primary tool is our habit.

Benefit of habit change :-

  1. Habits help us for smooth functioning
  2. Habitual actions cost us little effort and less strain
  3. Habits do not require our conscious attention
  4. Habitual actions save our time
  5. Habits make our movements simpler, quicker and more accurate
  6. Our activities do not become tiresome (no fatigue)
  7. Since the activities become automatic, we do not need our higher mental processes like thinking, reasoning, creativity, etc. for these activities and such abilities can be used for other better activities.
  8. Good habits provide feelings of stableness and security.
